View of Kenmare Bay (or more commonly "River"). According to the Lebor Gabála Érenn ("The Book of the Taking of Ireland", the mythical origins and history of the Irish race), these were the waters where Partholón, leader of the second group of people to settle in Ireland, first arrived after the biblical Flood.
