Something old, something new
The façade of 1871 Grand Central Terminal, sometimes erroneously named "station" which is actually the name of the nearby postoffice, flawlessly merges into the background of modern architecture neighbouring buildings. The clock in front facing 42nd Street contains the world's largest example of Tiffany glass and is surrounded by sculptures of Minerva, Hercules and Mercury.
