Education
Primary subjects taught at chinese schools are similar to those in most western schools and comprise language skills, mathematics, social science, natural science, physical training, and music & art. Kids start learning english at kindergarten and are taught english throughout high school. The real difference in education is found in labor training, (washing clothes, cleaning windows and serving), moral education (behaving properly in society, love the motherland and peace, understand and respect othes, help elders) and environmental protection. These classes stress the consequence of disregarding the environment e.g. by testing water quality and pollution at local lake and recycling papers.
